Vitec Hyra

Connect Exopen to Vitec Hyra to automatically pull rental data from Vitec Hyra.

Prerequisites​

You need:

  • Username and password for an API user in Vitec Hyra. Ask your Vitec Hyra administrator to create the user and share the credentials with you.

Create a Vitec Hyra data source​

  1. Sign in to the Exopen portal.
  2. Go to Data sources and add a new data source.
  3. Pick Vitec Hyra from the list of available integrations.
  4. Fill in the username and password for the API user.
  5. Save.

The data source starts syncing as soon as it's created.

Update credentials​

If the API user's username or password changes in Vitec Hyra, open the data source in the portal and update the values there. You don't have to delete and recreate the data source.

Connect multiple Vitec Hyra accounts​

If you have several separate Vitec Hyra environments, create one data source per environment. Repeat the steps in Create a Vitec Hyra data source with the credentials for each environment.

Remove a connection​

To remove the connection, open the data source in the portal and delete it. Credentials and synced data are removed together with the connection.
