Finago Office

Connect Exopen to Finago Office (formerly 24SevenOffice) to automatically import accounting, accounts receivable and payable, projects, and products.

You do not create the data source yourself in the Exopen portal. You invite Exopen's integration user in Finago Office and notify Exopen — Exopen then finalizes the connection for you.

Step 1: Invite Exopen's integration user in Finago Office

For Exopen to read your company's data, you need to invite the user integration@exopen.se into your Finago Office company.

  1. Sign in to Finago Office as an administrator.
  2. Go to user management and invite integration@exopen.se as a new user.
  3. Grant the user permission to read accounting, accounts receivable and payable, and projects.

If Exopen cannot access all data after the connection is set up, the integration user may be missing the required permissions. Contact support@exopen.se and we'll help troubleshoot.

Step 2: Notify Exopen

Once the invitation has been sent and accepted, email support@exopen.se with:

  • The Finago Office company name the connection applies to.
  • The Exopen company domain the data source should be linked to.

Exopen will handle the rest: we look up your client ID in Finago, create the data source in the portal, and start the initial sync. It takes between thirty minutes and a few hours depending on the volume of data.
