Unit4 ERP

Connect Exopen to Unit4 ERP to automatically pull accounting data from Unit4 ERP via its REST Web API.

Manual setup required

Unit4 ERP is not a self-service integration. Our support team sets the data source up for you once you have gathered the information below and shared it with us.

What Exopen needs from you​

Before we can create the connection we need the following from Unit4:

  • Base URL to your Unit4 ERP REST API. For Unit4 cloud installations this typically looks like https://ubw.u4a.se or https://ubw.unit4cloud.com.
  • Username and password for an API user in Unit4 ERP with read access to the companies and tables you want Exopen to pull data from. A dedicated service account is preferred.
  • Web API name and Web Services name — these come as a pair sharing the same prefix for your installation, e.g. <prefix>-webapi and <prefix>-webservices.

We aren't able to guide you through Unit4 ERP's admin interface. Ask your Unit4 administrator to retrieve the information above.

How to get started​

Send the information above to support@exopen.se and tell us which Exopen account the data source should be set up on.

What happens next​

Once support receives the details, we set up the connection for you and start an initial sync. The data source appears under Data sources in the portal and continues syncing automatically.
