What you can ask about
- Find a specific customer by name or customer number
- Sales per customer (total, by product, by period)
- Receivables — total, per customer, or per aging bucket
- Top-N customers by revenue or outstanding amount
- Payment patterns: how quickly a customer typically pays

Tips
- Use the customer's full name or customer number to avoid ambiguity.
- "Top 10" or "top 20" caps the answer at a manageable size.
- Sort explicitly ("by overdue amount", "by oldest due date") for the best result.
