Feedback

There's a thumbs up and a thumbs down on every answer. Use them.

Why it matters​

Your feedback is used to:

  • Improve how the AI answers similar questions in the future
  • Spot patterns where the AI misunderstands or gives bad answers
  • Prioritise which parts of Exopen AI to improve next

How to give feedback​

  1. Hover over an answer.
  2. Click thumbs up or thumbs down.
  3. On thumbs down, you can optionally write a comment — e.g. "wrong period", "missed a customer", or "too long".

What happens to your feedback​

Feedback is stored alongside the conversation in your company's environment. The Exopen team uses aggregated and anonymised data to develop the product — no individual messages are shared externally.
